Ordinary Membership Overview

Eligible Applicants

Companies, universities, research institutions, social organizations, individuals, and other applicants who wish to support the center over the long term, participate in Brazil-China science and technology innovation cooperation, and hold voting rights.

Admission Procedure

Legal entities and individuals may apply
Complete the membership application form and submit required supporting documents
Sign a declaration committing to comply with the Bylaws and related policies
Receive approval by majority vote of the Board

Limitation of Liability

Members do not bear personal, joint, or supplementary liability for any debts of the center
Members may not assume financial responsibility or sign contracts on behalf of the center

Notes

Member rights and obligations are subject to the original text of the center Bylaws
In case of conflict, the Portuguese version of the Bylaws prevails
The center reserves the right to update this introduction and will publish updates through official channels
