Education ministers from China and Brazil witness the unveiling of the Brazil-China Science and Technology Innovation Center

On November 25, 2024, representatives of CNOOC Group, Petrobras, the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and China University of Petroleum (Beijing) jointly unveiled the Brazil-China Science and Technology Innovation Center, built by the four parties. China's Minister of Education Huai Jinpeng and Brazil's Vice Minister of Education Brasil jointly witnessed the ceremony.
