The 1st "Engineers of Excellence" Sino-Brazilian Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

[Excerpt] Calling for innovative designs and commercial solutions in the energy sector from outstanding university students and young researchers of both countries, stimulating youth co-construction vitality in a scientific and technological context.

To implement the joint talent training mechanism, the Sino-Brazilian Center for Scientific and Technological Innovation, in collaboration with the Sino-Brazilian College of Excellent Engineers, officially launches the 1st "Engineers of Excellence" Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Centered around the theme of "driving energy cooperation through technological innovation", this competition publicly calls for innovative design proposals including but not limited to marine engineering, biomass energy, solar & wind power, and intelligent equipment.

The competition is divided into three stages: preliminary review, maker boot camp, and finals. Finalist teams will receive one-on-one mentoring from senior engineers of CNOOC and Petrobras and have the chance to win substantial R&D startup funding. Outstanding proposals will also be included in the innovation center's technology incubation pool to promote their practical market applications. Young scientific and technological talents are welcome to submit their business plans enthusiastically.
